| Bracelet Sizing To determine the correct bracelet size for you, snugly measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure just below the wrist bone. Now add 1/2 inch to 1 inch for an approximate bracelet size. The average bracelet size is between 7 and 8 inches depending on the thickness of the beads. If you do not see the length you need, please let us know. We can usually add or remove length of our products (depending on material availability). | Necklace Sizing To determine the correct necklace length measure around your neck to the hollow at the base of the throat. Every 2 inches of necklace length above this measurement is 1 inch of drape. If your neck measures 13 inches, then a 16 inch necklace will drape approximately 1 1/2 inches. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout and the location of your shipping address. | Shipping At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during Checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping costs for orders placed are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. During Checkout you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by Noon EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. | Delivery Time Ungaro Designs trusts both the US Postal Service and UPS to ship orders to our customers. | Ungaro Designs Guarantee Satisfaction is a must. We want all of our customers to be happy customers, as well as repeat customers. We stand behind our jewelry and craftsmanship so if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Ungaro Designs within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We will also repair any piece of mine that should encounter a mishap, given the availability of the beads. We do, however, reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for repairs due to errors other than our own. |
